What HIPAA-compliant means here: HelpCo AI signs a Business Associate Agreement with the practice, builds only on vendors that sign BAAs, minimizes recordings and identifiers, and never lets patient information touch this website, a spreadsheet, or a consumer inbox. There is no HIPAA certification, so HelpCo AI never claims one. Details on the compliance page.
Does my practice need to be HIPAA compliant?

HIPAA applies if you, or a billing company working for you, electronically send insurance transactions such as claims or eligibility checks. If it applies, it covers all your patient information, not only insured patients. Many cash-only practices are not covered, but state privacy laws still apply.

Is HelpCo AI HIPAA compliant?

HelpCo AI offers a HIPAA-compliant setup with signed Business Associate Agreements for healthcare practices: a BAA with the practice and only BAA-signing vendors underneath, with recordings and identifiers minimized. HIPAA has no certification, so HelpCo AI never claims one.

Which healthcare practices does HelpCo AI serve?

HelpCo AI builds HIPAA-compliant AI employees for dental practices, med spas, dermatology, optometry and eye care, mental health and counseling, primary care, pediatrics, and home health and senior care agencies, anywhere in the United States.

Practice types

Choose your practice type

Each page covers the calls that practice type misses, the compliant way to answer them, and which AI employees usually fit first. HelpCo AI focuses on elective, preventive, and primary care practices.

Dental PracticesDental is a strong fit because new-patient calls arrive while the front desk is checking someone in, hygiene recall lives or dies on reminders, and a practice cannot grow while a third of dentists say they are not busy enough.Med SpasMed spas are a strong fit because consult requests come in evenings and weekends, treatments are high ticket and repeat, and every intake question is potentially protected health information.DermatologyDermatology is a strong fit because phone lines stay full, waitlists are long, cancellations open expensive gaps, and cosmetic inquiries are a second revenue line that deserves an instant answer.Optometry & Eye CareOptometry is a strong fit because the same small team runs exams, optical sales, and the phone, and an unanswered exam call is both a lost exam and a lost pair of glasses.Mental Health & CounselingMental health is a strong fit because therapists are in session most of the day, new clients often decide in one call, and the scheduling conversation must be private, compliant, and gentle.Primary CarePrimary care is a strong fit because call volume is relentless, most calls are scheduling and messages rather than clinical, and every hold minute costs the practice a patient.PediatricsPediatrics is a strong fit because parents call outside office hours, well visits and school forms are seasonal surges, and sick-call routing rules must be followed exactly.Home Health & Senior CareHome health is a strong fit because inquiries come from families under stress at all hours, the intake window after a hospital discharge is short, and caregiver scheduling generates constant calls. How compliance worksThe BAA, the covered vendors, what the AI never does, and what the practice sees. Read this before the demo.

Not sure which page matches your customer?

Start with the pain: missed calls, slow replies, weak reviews, no rebooking, or late payments. The industry page should support that business problem.

Published HIPAA pricing

HIPAA-compliant AI employee prices

Every price is published, like the rest of HelpCo AI. HIPAA prices are higher than the standard menu because they pay for the compliance program, not for the software: the Business Associate Agreement, sub-vendor register, risk assessment, policies, incident readiness, and insurance. Multi-tool discounts of 10% (3+), 15% (5+), and 20% (8+) apply.

HIPAA Compliance & Hosting fee: $99 per month per practice, a separate line on the invoice, covering the covered-cloud workspace, BAA-covered business email, and cyber liability insurance. Setup and build fee: $1,500 to $2,500 depending on scope, quoted in the demo. No payment until the AI is built, connected, and working. Standard (non-healthcare) prices are on the pricing page.
