These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of helpcoai.com and the services provided by HelpCo AI LLC ("HelpCo AI", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
HelpCo AI sets up and manages "AI employees" (done-for-you automations such as missed-call text-back, an AI front desk, website lead capture, booking, reviews, reputation, a customer database, reactivation, get-paid-faster, SEO, and websites) for local service businesses. We configure, connect, and maintain the technology on your behalf.
We offer a free demo and charge $0 setup on 12-month plans. You pay nothing until your AI is live and working. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until we both agree on a plan.
Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract unless agreed otherwise in writing. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation we deactivate your AI employees; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
These Messaging Terms apply to text messages sent through HelpCo AI, both to you and, where we operate a program for you, to your customers with their consent.
Our services rely on third-party tools (for example, telephony and SMS, scheduling, website chat, payment processing, and search and mapping platforms). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, acts, or outages.
For invoicing and payment-reminder features, HelpCo AI never holds, moves, or has access to your funds. Payments are made on your chosen processor's secure page (for example, Stripe, PayPal, Square, or QuickBooks). We only send the invoice and reminders.
AI has real limits and we will always be honest about them. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, revenue, response rates, or that messages will be delivered. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpCo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold HelpCo AI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your customer data, your instructions to us, or messages sent to your customers without the proper consent.
The HelpCo AI name, site, and materials are owned by us. Your business content and customer data remain yours. Each party keeps the rights it had before working together.
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to deliver or use the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
